Refurbishment alterations and extension to Grade II Listed former fish shop including painstaking repairs and replacement of elements of oak timber frame and wall plates which in places were missing and severely decayed. The rear extension allowed the original historic arrangement of rooms to the front of the house be retained, but instead of being interconnected, being linked by kitchen/family room at ground floor and gallery at first floor level.
