Michael Lewis was partner in charge of the new build development consisting of 25 apartments, totalling 60,000 ft². New build construction in the style of the original Cubitt town houses of mid 19th century. At the time of completion, 1991, the apartments were achieving the highest ever sales prices per square foot in London.
