The site formerly occupied by London and St Bartholemews Hospital Sailing Club on the River Crouch was acquired by Bailey Lewis for the construction of their own house. With limited access to the site, and being both adjacent to a Listed Building and in the Conservation Area presented numerous challenges both in design and construction. Awards won for sustainability and design in 2008.
